We are fortunate to work with some of the world's most esteemed professors and researchers. They are the best of the best and Provence always seems to be their caterer of choice. Many of them are Foodies and all of them are remarkable success stories.
This week three professors at Penn were recognized for their pinnacle body of work. Provence Catering provided a flawless reception reception that was stylish and sublime. We enthusiastically congratulate these honored Professors and wish them future success.

Their chic bridal fashions are the favorites of movie stars, glamour queens and the girl next store. The Knot selected Provence to be sole caterer at this extremely high-end fashion show reception at Pronovias for our remarkable food, beautiful presentation style and world class service. As you can imagine, they only work with the best of the best.
Tonight's invitation-only reception will feature Chef Christopher's hand-rolled Sushi, Chef Nicole's cupcakes extraordinaire and Chef' Rocco's sublime sauces. We are looking forward to shining in the 5th Avenue spotlight.

It's one of our favorite times of the year as innovation abounds. Whether the new recipes are conjured up in the kitchen at midnight or handed down for generations, we love to create fantastic new dishes with a bold international flair.
Provence’s stellar reputation is built upon our exceptional cuisine regardless of the event or the location. We just don’t cater off-premise, we peerlessly deliver a five star dining experience anywhere in the world.
To remain industry trendsetters, our talented chefs have experimented with numerous menu ideas and it's time for us to incorporate these tempting creations into our 2010 menus. Just because a new menu idea sounds incredible doesn't mean it makes the cut.
While we embrace a cutting edge culinary philosophy, we are very selective. Overseeing that rigorous menu evaluation process is an executive responsibility and it's like having front row seats at Picasso's art studio. The creativity is constantly amazing and the food is consistently remarkable.

That's because the news has leaked out that Provence Catering has hired one of the premier Asian Chef's in country and everyone wants to enjoy our"Taste of the Orient." Chef Christopher is Vietnamese and he has studied under some of the world's finest Asia chefs. This talented chef brings over 20 years of culinary experience to Provence Catering. His made-to-order Sushi is a real showstopper, his Korean Barbecue is a fantastic action station and his Crab Fried Rice Provence is second to none.

The esteemed doctors, nurses and administrators at this NCI facility are doing cutting edge research that is saving lives everyday. The City of Philadelphia is blessed with some of the best medical research facilities on the planet and their work is one of the primary reasons that our local economy has remained so strong in the face of the worst financial crisis since 1929.
Provence was asked to cater this high profile event because of our unwavering commitment to customer service and exceptional food. This was a no nonsense event and we understood that our team's performance was vital to the success of this executive meeting. Excellent service was particularly crucial for this event since it was working board dinner that lasted late into the evening. Working discreetly and quietly was imperative as important work was interspersed with a decadent chocolate dessert and wine service.
After a networking and poster board cocktail reception, the board members dined on aged Filet Mignon stuffed with Boursin Cheese perfectly cooked by Chef Greg. One world famous and discerning oncologist from CHOP said the rare filet prepared by Provence Catering was "one of the best" he had ever eaten.
We were very proud. Who wouldn't be? This megaphysician has been called a genius before many times so this was pretty high praise.
The truth be told, we love feeding Super Stars. Especially smart ones' who know great food and dedicate their lives to saving children.
