For the fifth consecutive year, Provence Catering is kicking off the new year catering the much-anticipated After-Holiday Party for The Wharton School. This high-profile annual event for 350 people is always a staff favorite and there's no better way to begin 2010. With the economy showing real signs of improving, 2010 is going to be our most successful year ever!

Many colleges and corporations opt to entertain in January or February to avoid scheduling conflicts and optimize their hospitality resources. Having a well-received business development event or gourmet staff luncheon is always a fantastic way to boost morale, increase sales, advance agendas and improve productivity.

This year's event features a bold fusion menu from Chef Christopher, Chef Rocco and Chef Greg combining the distinctive flavors of Vietnamese, Thai, Italian and French cuisines.
