Provence Catering was in the spotlight last week at the University of Pennsylvania and the region's premier off-premise caterer did not disappoint. The Wharton School's After-Holiday Party was a rousing success and culinary masterpiece.

The 8th floor of Huntsman Hall took on a decidedly Pan-Asian accent with a provocative French undertone, as Provence Catering thrilled the Wharton staff with a well-orchestrated symphony of flavors.

More than 400 guests enjoyed a sensational menu that combined Provence's classical European culinary training with a wide variety of Asian dishes from Vietnam, Thailand and China. The end result was a beautifully displayed and amazingly delicious Fusion buffet. The bounty was remarkable, the marriage of East-West spices was astounding and the vibrant colors were captivating.

According to one savvy UPenn event planner, "Provence Catering made a bold statement today that they are absolutely the best caterer on campus. The food at today's luncheon was incredible. As always!"

The staff at Provence Catering has a long history of making clients shine like stars when it really counts. This was one of those high-profile events were everything was on the line and our client was delighted.

" I have heard nothing but wonderful and complimentary things about the lunch. Everyone was wowed by the food. I heard a lot of laughter which is always a sign of a good time. Thanks to you and your staff for another successful lunch. As always, you went above and beyond and I very much appreciate it."

Her Administrative Assistant is quite discerning and she REALLY loves working with Provence. It's been a five year expression of mutual affection.

"We have received nothing but extremely positive feedback! Lots of people were really pleased with the menu because it wasn’t classic holiday food. You and your staff did a wonderful job, as always.

I have to say you all make my job a lot easier – I just give you the date and rest assured you will handle the event beautifully.

Thank you!"

Wharton, you are most welcome and Thank you!
