The 8th floor of Huntsman Hall took on a decidedly Pan-Asian accent with a provocative French undertone, as Provence Catering thrilled the Wharton staff with a well-orchestrated symphony of flavors.
More than 400 guests enjoyed a sensational menu that combined Provence's classical European culinary training with a wide variety of Asian dishes from Vietnam, Thailand and China. The end result was a beautifully displayed and amazingly delicious Fusion buffet. The bounty was remarkable, the marriage of East-West spices was astounding and the vibrant colors were captivating.According to one savvy UPenn event planner, "Provence Catering made a bold statement today that they are absolutely the best caterer on campus. The food at today's luncheon was incredible. As always!"
